40g lard
2 onions
1000g TK curly kale
1 Pf. Kassler
1000g potatoes
100g streaky bacon
some oil
3 Mettwursts

Make the lard hot in the pan and fry the finely chopped onions until golden brown. Add the kale. When the kale has thawed, add the cassava and cook over low heat for about 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or cubes.

Spread the frying pan of the oven with parchment paper and spread the potatoes, bacon and remaining onion. Approximately Fry for 1 h at 180-200 ° C. Grease a casserole dish, dice the casserole and mix it with the kale. Then alternately put a layer of kale and a layer of fried potatoes in the mold. Last one layer of kale. Cover the whole with the sliced ​​Mettwurst and baked in the oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. The Mettwurst slices must be crisp.
