And last but not least: you can toast or toast any bread, it does not have to be a special toast. On the contrary: a really nice sourdough-wholemeal bread toasted tastes a thousand times better than any cardboard-like tasteless toast-slapstick. This is untasted indeed inedible, and toasting does not really improve my taste.
