ingredients

  • 250 g wholemeal flour
  • 250 g (lean) cottage cheese
  • 3 level teaspoon baking powder (at least)
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt (more to taste)

preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir.
  2. Make 10 small rolls from the dough (I dip my fingers into flour in between, so it does not stick).
  3. Place on a grid placed in the middle of the oven.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C (circulating air at 180 ° C) for about 20-25 minutes.
