Lightning wholemeal rolls, made fast, healthy and delicious! Easy!
ingredients
- 250 g wholemeal flour
- 250 g (lean) cottage cheese
- 3 level teaspoon baking powder (at least)
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt (more to taste)
preparation
- Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir.
- Make 10 small rolls from the dough (I dip my fingers into flour in between, so it does not stick).
- Place on a grid placed in the middle of the oven.
- Bake at 200 ° C (circulating air at 180 ° C) for about 20-25 minutes.
