Tracy's rice pan

The ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 500g ground beef
  • 6 colorful peppers (red-yellow-green)
  • 3 red onions
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 200g soybean seedlings
  • 1 medium sized can of corn
  • 500g fresh brown mushrooms
  • 2 large cups of basmati rice
  • Ground beef seasoned salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sambal Olek (3-4 knife tips, the more the sharper)
  • half bottle of soy sauce (the mildness)

Let's go:

First you need a pot of water (saltless), bring to a boil and then squeeze in the rice. The fresh, minced mushrooms seasoned with salt and black pepper are left to cook in a pot until the leaked water has disappeared. Meanwhile, we pass by the pods. In the back we chop them into bite-sized pieces (remove the white inner stalk) and set them aside.

Then we grab the onions and remove the skin from them. Disassembled into rings, we throw them to the waiting pods. Now we'll hack the Knobi toe and throw it into a coated frying pan (with a high rim) with a cube of sliced Palmin (no oil = too greasy), but beware: just let it turn glassy! The hack comes in a plastic bag (size 3) with an addition of minced meat salt and black pepper.

The whole thing kneaded well, we push carefully, because of danger of splashing in the pan and on the toes, and stab with the fork until all that remains are little crumbs. Then we add the fresh mushrooms, stir and 10 min lid (with steam) on it. Then add the pods and onion rings and cover for 10 min. And wait! Then stir everything, but carefully and again 10 min. Cover on it.

Next, we throw the drained corn behind. 10 min. Cover on it! The same procedure happens with the soybean seedlings. And now? Exactly, 10 min. Lid on it. Almost finished! Now the precooked rice is dumped on it. Then a good sip of soy sauce and the threatened Sambal Olek and stir very carefully, because otherwise the whole Schmackes whizzes out of the pan. And wait again! But only 10 minutes - Smile! Tasting - serving - eating!
