Treat heel spur

A heel spur is a nasty affair that feels like you have a pebble under your skin. Often the tissue is inflamed by calcification at the heel, causing pain. So you have to stimulate the circulation of the tendons around the heel, so that the lime deposits can be removed.

You can do different stretching exercises or massage. I think it's best to ride a bike, uphill. This stretches and relaxes the tendons, bloods them without further irritating the inflammation. Unfortunately deposits only help to alleviate the symptoms, but not to fight the cause. It may take a while for the foot to recover.
