When you do schnitzel, there is often left over breading at the end. From this you can roast great Küchle!

Simply spice it up a bit, e.g. with pepper, salt, Parmesan, chilli, and then so much Semmbrösel in the mixture until it is completely solid. Then make small or large cakes as desired and bake them in fat. Tastes great as a small side dish or cold to enjoy the next day.

The slightly different snack. Small side effect for those who drink too little: The Küchle make you thirsty :) A great opportunity to finally take more liquid.
