Where to go with the zucchini?
So, like every year, tons of zucchini from all corners of the village and from their own garden come to me in the kitchen ... now what about it? Only casserole and soup, eight weeks in a row and then in winter you have nothing more.
Now I had an idea: awaken zucchini cake in the glass!
Cake in a glass is probably just the hit, and the zucchini cake tastes, but now knows every child! Then grate on the zucchini and this evening there are zucchini buffers.
