Wonderful apple pie made from fallen fruit

You simply can not bite into our garden apples - worm meets tooth. Even small ear wrestlers have already crawled out after slicing the apple. But chopped and wormed you can wonderfully bake with them. Here is my quick and delicious recipe.

First of all the ingredients:

  • About 800 g of fallen apples, weighed after peeling and cleaning.
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 150 g of flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g almond slices
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

That's how it's done:

  1. Slice the apples, mix with the lemon juice, otherwise it will turn brown.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients, and fold in the apple slices.
  4. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. If your Springform does not close completely, for safety, once again line with a piece of aluminum foil, so that nothing spills. This cake is pretty juicy.
  5. Bake in the oven and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes at slightly reduced heat, so 190 degrees. He should be nice and brown.

You can leave it that way or top up with warm-made apricot jam and let it cool again. Or just sprinkle a little powdered sugar on it. Whipped cream never hurts!
