Wrap cabbage rolls with bacon
Now comes the time of delicious fresh cabbage rolls. The trouble with holding the cabbage rolls is over with me:
Instead of twine, I take bacon or breakfast bacon.
Has two advantages: You do not need to spice up the smoked bacon and you can also do it without strings that do not taste good either. Simply wrap several strips of bacon around the roulade.
If you are afraid of roasting, the strips would break loose, you can pierce a wooden toothpick.
