Acne and sensitive skin
Mechanical cleansing for absolutely every skin type (also for women): Put white clay from the apothecary in your hand (so two three teaspoons) and mix with the same amount of water. Apply to the parts to be cleaned and wait until the clay is dry. The thicker the mixture or the more clay you take, the longer it takes. Therefore, I always make an extremely thin mixture and apply it to the face!
(Takes about two minutes with drying process) so also suitable for the fast. Especially suitable for me, because of my extremely greasy, yet very sensitive acne skin, because clay is very nameable. Cost 4-5 euros.
If you have a very difficult skin like me, you should always make sure that you always follow the same day care program. By that I mean always the same means and above all as little as possible. Because the rule applies: the more I give the skin, the more it demands. Those who change products like his underpants will also have problems with his skin.
From experience, I can recommend the following products:
- shiseido men series (from 20 Euro)
- Clay healing clay (4-5 Euro)
- Zinc Hexal effervescent tablets (5-6 Euro)
- Payot pate Grise (miracle cure, erases pimples overnight, about 16 euros, the girlfriend also likes to take :-)
I would advise against cheap "anti-pimple" chemical nuggets, as well as the medium "only the first three to four weeks worsen the acne, but then it will supposedly have better effect" I would leave fingers.
