American cucumber salad

3 pounds of green cucumbers (no snake cucumbers)
5 tbsp salt
5 large onions

South:
2 cups of vinegar (fuel)
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp dill
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp of mustard seeds

Peel and grate the cucumbers. It's a little tedious, but it's worth it. If the cucumbers have large seeds, please remove. Dice the onion. Then mix the salt and onions under the cucumber mixture. Let it rest for two hours and then express it vigorously.

Bring the broth to a boil. Put in the broth the expressed cucumbers. Boil everything again briefly and then hot in the glasses (best small screw jars) fill. The whole lasts for several months. It tastes like grilled, fried, actually to everything.
