Another tasty carbonara sauce
For 15 years we have been eating this tasty and quick sauce after having eaten it with a girlfriend.
This sauce is very good as a reserve for surprise guests or surprise cooking-must-because-else-everything-eaten.
That's why I always have the ingredients in the house.
It is not a "Clou de Gourmet", but really delicious and versatile:
Basic recipe for 4 persons:
In a small pan in plenty of butter, fry 200g diced cooked ham very short. Add 250 ml of cream and stir with the whisk 400 g processed cheese "cream" until it is completely melted. Finished.
Who likes it: 100g blue cheese or 100g Parmesan.
If you like it spicy: season with chicken stock litter or with lemon or sugar or nutmeg or herbal spices.
Another tip: very well suited as a white sauce in lasagna.
Preparation time: 5 minutes.
