This apple slipper cake is actually a very simple recipe but still tasty.

You need for the dough:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- 1-2 teaspoons baking powder

- Gradually mix the ingredients into a dough. If you like it chocolatier, you are welcome to stir in some cocoa powder.
- Then you need about 4 apples. The apples are peeled, quartered and gutted and then "scored" with a fork (it looks more beautiful after baking).
- Now spread the dough into a greased springform pan, press the apples into the dough and then place the whole thing in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
- If you want, you can add icing sugar to the cooled cake, and it looks very nice too.
