Apple pie - made fast, delicious

This apple pie tastes just amazing - besides, it is great to prepare and made completely fix :-)

First off is

2 eggs
100 g of sugar
100 g of flour
1 vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder


stirred a biscuit dough and baked in a greased springform pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Allow the sponge cake to cool, place it on a cake plate and place a cake ring around it.

Then out

2 eggs
2 sachets of custard powder vanilla
200 g of sugar
200 ml of water
Juice of 2 lemons


cook the pie filling, stirring constantly.

Peel 4-5 apples, corer them, grate them roughly, lift them under the still hot pudding, then spread the mass on the sponge cake and let cool.

The prepared cake can be wonderfully stored in the refrigerator, if the consumption is planned for the next day.

(On the day of consumption) Beat 2 cups of cream with some sugar until stiff, spread on the cold cake and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
