  • 50 g of clarified butter or sunflower oil
  • 100 g of flour

preparation

  1. Wash the peppers, cut out the core house.
  2. Rinse rice in the sieve.
  3. Chopped parsley, onion and garlic, ground beef, mix the raw rice and egg and season.
