Homemade chocolate crossbreads - crispy variations

Here is a simple but delicious recipe for home-made chocolate crosies:

Ingredients:

200 g dark chocolate or 100 g and 100 g chocolate
60 g chopped almonds or hazelnuts
60 g Kölln oat fleks (in the muesli rack)
10 g butter
2 p. Vanilla sugar


Preparation:

Melt the couverture over a hot water bath. In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan and toast the chopped almonds in it with the vanilla sugar.

Put the oat flakes in a freezer bag and chop with a dough roll or a meat tenderizer.


When the chocolate is liquid, add almonds and oatmeal. With 2 teaspoons small piles put on baking paper.

The variation would be with white chocolate or chocolate, also tastes very delicious.

Not only tastes at Christmas time and is done pretty quickly.
