Chocolate topping

Delicious chocolate topping for cupcakes or as decoration for pies.

ingredients

  • 125 ml of cream
  • 100 g dark chocolate couverture

preparation

  1. Heat the cream in a pot and stir again and again to keep it from burning. It just needs to get hot and not cook.
  2. Add the couverture to the hot cream and let it melt with constant stirring. Stir until a homogeneous mass has formed.
  3. Allow to cool and leave in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir the chocolate cream with a hand mixer and fill it into a piping bag or place it on the cupcakes or the cake.
  5. The topping varies depending on how rich you decorate for about 10 cupcakes. You can also double the amount very well.
  6. Keep the biscuits in the fridge until they are eaten.
