Delicious, healthy Knabbergenuss

Mostly in rainy weather, when it is really comfortable in the house, I cut pears, apples and carrots into very thin slices and put them on a baking paper.

I sprinkle everything with a little lemon juice and water and put it in the oven at 95 degrees Celsius until the slices are dry and crispy.

In this way, I simply make my own delicious chips, which taste great and guaranteed not make you fat. Try it!

I also slide the peeled skin of tomatoes into the oven (without lemon) and eat them while watching TV as chips.
