Apple-plum and blueberry jam

The other day I wanted to make jam out of freshly picked plums from the garden. Unfortunately, my husband unknowingly took more than half of my bucket of plums to work.

So I pondered how I still get to my jam and looked at the basket full of apples on the kitchen table. I also got a glass of wild blueberries from the cellar and finally started:

For 4 glasses you need:

about 600 g of grated apples without peel
about 600 g plums, pitted and cut small
1 glass of blueberries, drain well
the juice of a lemon
1 Pck. Gelierzucker 3: 1

Give the fruits in a large saucepan and finely puree (if you like it lumpy you can skip it). Then add the lemon juice and the gelling sugar and bring to a boil while stirring. After about three minutes of cooking time and a lot of stirring (be careful, it's very bubbly - so a big pot!) The jam is ready!

Now fix everything in prewarmed jam jars (I let them lie in hot water and bring them back just before filling out again) and screw the lids on. I never put the glasses on my head, it works without it.

And how is it? I never thought, but this variant I liked even better than just pure plum! When my husband came home from work, I thanked him - I would never have thought so!
