Currant Jelly Prosecco

In the garden the currants are ripe! So go ahead, make redcurrant prosecco jelly:
ingredients
- 1/2 L juice of whitecurrants
- 1/4 L juice of redcurrants
- 1 Piccolo Prosecco
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of citric acid
- 500 g jam sugar 1: 2
- a few leaflets of lemon balm
preparation
- Put the juice in a high saucepan, add salt, sugar, citric acid and the Prosecco. Cut the lemon balm very small (amount as desired) and add to the whole.
- Heat and boil for 4 minutes.
- Immediately fill in clean hot screw jars. Leave to stand upside down for 10 minutes, then turn around and let it rest.
