Currant Jelly Prosecco

Total preparation time: 14 min.

In the garden the currants are ripe! So go ahead, make redcurrant prosecco jelly:


  • 1/2 L juice of whitecurrants
  • 1/4 L juice of redcurrants
  • 1 Piccolo Prosecco
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of citric acid
  • 500 g jam sugar 1: 2
  • a few leaflets of lemon balm


  1. Put the juice in a high saucepan, add salt, sugar, citric acid and the Prosecco. Cut the lemon balm very small (amount as desired) and add to the whole.
  2. Heat and boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Immediately fill in clean hot screw jars. Leave to stand upside down for 10 minutes, then turn around and let it rest.
