Asian for cooking

Hello I am new to the "Moms". I am in the office very often and for a long time, which is what I like to do, so I pay close attention to my diet and health.

My tip is 4NOO in Berlin, I tried it and I'm totally excited. It is totally different than the snacks or some "restaurants", I can taste my own taste and vary the sharpness. I notice since I made this Asian cooking cure, I lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks. In the past, I used to pick up the pasta at fast food outlets or sometimes the food was so greasy that you lose your appetite.

What's more, I save time for shopping and get all the ingredients home with recipes. Stop looking for recipes, end with long searches in Asian markets and finish with fastfood.

If anyone has experience, I would be happy if we could share our experiences.

P.S: Of course you have to combine with sports or movements, then it works well with the slimming
