Asparagus with a difference: sautéed in a pot

Asparagus is delicious, so my suggestion:

Peel the asparagus and divide it by about three cuts. Separate from a piece of butter about 1 1/2 cm in a pan frying pan or skillet.

Cook the whole with the lid closed. If you want to fry it a bit, then after half of the cooking time remove the lid so that the water in the pot has the opportunity to evaporate.

If you want a bit of the asparagus tanned, then you can do it with some breadcrumbs. If you do not want to eat so much butter, you can drain the remaining butter, after cooking, and eat it cold on bread, also a delicious idea.
