Bacon carp

You need

  • Carp (depending on how many guests you want to host)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Bacon slices (bacon), about 300 g per fish

preparation

The carp is salted inside and peppered, placed on a wide baking dish or on a baking tray. Baking paper as a base recommends itself, as it saves you afterwards trouble during cleaning.

Cover the carp with slices of bacon and put it in the oven at about 180 - 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. The fish should be nice and brown and the dorsal fin should be easy to loosen.

Depending on how baked you like the bacon, you can also put it on the fish later. Especially the kids love the crispy bacon. You can also put bacon in the inside of the fish, but then you should salt a little more carefully.
