Bacon potatoes (steamed)

For a person:

Wash, peel and quarter 4 medium potatoes. Cut 75 g of smoked bacon (at the butcher approx. 0.40 Euro / 100g) into fine cubes and leave in a casserole dish (heat slowly so that the fat leaves the bacon). Put the potato quarters in the casserole dish and sauté from all sides, salt, add 200 ml vegetable stock and cook for 25 minutes with the pot closed and moderate heat. Serve with diced parsley or with chives.
