Bake hedgehog buns
The recipe tastes very good to the kids! - promised! ;)
Ingredients:
150 ml of water
150 ml of milk
Take 1 tablespoon of cane sugar or honey = sample amount
500 g wholegrain flour (spelled, wheat, ...)
2 pck of dry yeast or fresh yeast (1 cube)
Raisins (for eyes)
almonds
Poppy seed, sesame (to sprinkle the rolls)
Preparation:
Set oven at 200 ° C
Add water, milk, sugar (optionally honey) and the salt to the pot.
Now warm the ingredients a bit. (about 30 ° C)
Mix the flour and dry yeast and knead the warmed liquid into a smooth dough with a hand mixer and dough hook or food processor.
Now cover the dough with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes - NO AIR!
Now knead the dough again for a short time and then quarter it.
Now make a hedgehog from each piece of dough and then spit the almond sticks = spines;) and 2 raisins as eyes.
Now sprinkle the bodies with some water and sprinkle poppy seeds or sesame on the spiked dress.
The hedgehogs come on medium track at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes (convection oven) in the oven.
