Bamboo turkey in wok

(for about 4 people)

Turkey, chicken or sirloin - approx. 400g
Bamboo shoots - kl. can
Mushrooms - fresh - approx. 200g
Carrots - fresh - about 3-4 pieces
Bean sprouts - fresh or small can
Pineapple - fresh or small can
Grained vegetable stock
curry
Colorful coarse herb salt (alternatively: salt, pepper, etc.)
Soy sauce
olive oil

Preparation:
Cut turkey meat into thin strips, season with curry, cut bamboo shoots into thin strips, wash mushrooms + quarter, peel carrots + cut into thin slices.

Preparation:
Heat the wok with olive oil, sauté the meat for a short time, then take the meat out of the wok, put it aside (maybe add some more oil). In the remaining broth in wok give carrots - sauté. Add the mushrooms and bamboo and sauté. Add the bean sprouts, fill with a little water, season with vegetable broth, spices and soy sauce. Add pineapple and let it simmer for a short time. Then add the meat again and let it pass through again.

Garnish:
Rice or pasta, ciabatta bread or ... what you want! ;-)

Note: the meat must be for short roast, ideally fillet.
