Basis for quick vegetable broth

For cooking you always need vegetable broth. So that you do not have to cook expensive vegetable stock or need an instant product, I have discovered this recipe for me (from a monthly issue of Stiftung Warentest):
ingredients
- 700 g of cleaned classic soup bundle (carrot, celery, leek)
- 100 g of salt
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 8 allspice grains
- Parsley, chives or other fresh herbs to taste
- 1 piece of ginger (to taste)
preparation
- Cut the vegetables into very small cubes, rinse off the herbs, shake dry and chop.
- Place vegetables, salt and herbs in a tall container and puree with the cutting stick.
- Put the resulting paste in a screw-cap and store in the refrigerator. It lasts about 1 year.
use
1 heaping teaspoon of this paste with 1 liter of boiling water will give the broth needed for more recipes.
Or you can cook TK soup vegetables and vermicelli in it and have a small warming meal.
