boiled potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g of floury-boiled potatoes
  • 200 g of carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 1/2 small celery tuber
  • 1/2 L beef broth
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp smooth, chopped parsley

preparation

  1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into cubes about 2 cm in size.
  2. Boil the beef broth and cook the potato cubes in it for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime peel carrots, leek and celery root clean.
  4. Cut carrots into thin slices, leeks into rings and celery into small cubes.
  5. Add vegetables to the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and ginger. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
