boiled potatoes
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g of floury-boiled potatoes
- 200 g of carrots
- 2 leeks
- 1/2 small celery tuber
- 1/2 L beef broth
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- 1 tbsp smooth, chopped parsley
preparation
- Peel potatoes, wash and cut into cubes about 2 cm in size.
- Boil the beef broth and cook the potato cubes in it for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime peel carrots, leek and celery root clean.
- Cut carrots into thin slices, leeks into rings and celery into small cubes.
- Add vegetables to the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper and ginger. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
