Bounty cake

We have this delicious cake regularly, we all love coconut and pies anyway. So the recipe fits great.
ingredients
- 70 g margarine (of course also butter, but I like baking with Magarine)
- 70 g of sugar
- 3 pck vanillin sugar
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups of cream
- 4-5 bounty ties or other faux of it
- 2 pck
- 150g of flour
preparation
- Whisk the eggs with the margarine, 1 vanilla sugar and the sugar until frothy.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix with the whipped mixture, then slowly add the milk and stir.
- Grease a springform pan and spread the dough in it and bake at 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- When the dough has cooled, whip the cream with the creamy stabilizer and the remaining 2 vanillin sugar and chop the bars roughly and add to the cream.
- Now the coconut cream is well distributed on the cake bottom and finished is a delicious cake.
