- 150 g margarine
- 200 g of dark syrup
- 250 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 l of milk
- 500g flour
- 50 g ground almonds or chopped
- 3 bags of gingerbread spice
- 1 abrasion of a lemon
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
ingredients
- Dissolve sugar, syrup and margarine in the pot.
- Beat eggs and add to dissolved syrup (not too hot).
- Add the flour, baking powder, milk and other ingredients and stir.
- Lastly, apply the compound to a tray lined with baking paper.
- Then bake at 180 degrees, 30 minutes and middle rail (top and bottom heat).
- Finally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
