Spice up the cake
A simple, but with us in the family very popular trick to bring a little more whistle to the various pies ...
Before the filling comes on the dough, sprinkle it with chocolate sprinkles! By baking the chocolate melts and forms a thin film on the floor! This brings two advantages:
1) The cake gets an additional taste nuance.
2) The cake stays nice a little longer, because a "Durchsuppen" of the fruit juice and thus a softening of the soil by the thin chocolate layer is prevented!
