Burnt almonds "light" - without a thick sugar crust
This recipe intentionally contains no quantities. Recommendation: Do not "burn" large quantities at once. Here we go:
Unshelled almonds dry, fry in the coated pan, then add a little sugar - if too little, carefully tip over - and stir, stir, stir. Finally, with some powdered sugar, mixed with cinnamon and vanilla sugar, "dry", so there is not a single lump. Allow to cool on a plate and "isolate" as soon as you can touch them without burning.
Does not give such a thick layer of sugar as the purchased, but that should probably not be perceived by most people as a disadvantage. Note: sugar is cheap and weighs a lot, so it's very popular with professional suppliers!
When cleaning the pan, as always, let time work for you, so soak with water and leave enough time for the solution process.
