butter cookies

ingredients

  • 250g butter, no margarine
  • 240g of butter lard
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. Arrak
  • Abrasion v. 1 lemon
  • 800 - 1000g of flour

preparation

Knead all ingredients, chill for 1 hour, do not roll out too thin (important about 3-4 mm), bake until golden yellow (about 10-12 minutes, at 180 degrees). Keep warm in cinnamon sugar.

Due to the slightly thicker roll-out layers of leaves develop in the cookies and they become pretty crumbly.
