butter cookies
ingredients
- 250g butter, no margarine
- 240g of butter lard
- 200g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. Arrak
- Abrasion v. 1 lemon
- 800 - 1000g of flour
preparation
Knead all ingredients, chill for 1 hour, do not roll out too thin (important about 3-4 mm), bake until golden yellow (about 10-12 minutes, at 180 degrees). Keep warm in cinnamon sugar.
Due to the slightly thicker roll-out layers of leaves develop in the cookies and they become pretty crumbly.
