Preparation time: 3 min.
Here are a few butter spread recipes from my collection.
In the recipe is 150 g of butter, that is a good half piece, who needs more or less butter, the ingredients makes it easy to feel / taste pure.
Salmon Butter:

- ½ glass of salmon schnitzel without oil
- some dill and pepper
Just mix the butter with the salmon schnitzel and season with dill and pepper.
Peppermint Butter:
for a cool head on hot summer days
- 150 g butter
- 4 - 5 stems of fresh peppermint / mint
- 2 drops of lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
The fresh peppermint is cut very fine and small and mixed in the butter, season with salt, pepper and lemon.
Rosemary-orange butter:
- 150 g butter
- 1 orange (the bowl is needed)
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Salt pepper
Rinse the orange hot, rub 1 teaspoon of skin well and squeeze out 1 - 2 teaspoons of juice. Chop the rosemary and mix everything with the butter, season with salt and pepper. If you like it colorful and a bit spicy, you can just mix some red chilli pieces with it.
Roasted onion butter:
- 150 g butter
- 100 - 120 g roasted onions
- 2 small sour gurkies
- Salt pepper
Cut the gherkins into small pieces and mix with the butter and the fried onions, season with salt and pepper.
Honey Butter:
(tastes delicious on a freshly grilled piece of chicken)
- 150 g butter
- 200 g of honey (warm slightly to make it easier to fold)
Who likes to mix a few chopped nuts or who likes to take the butter for meat, with 2 - 3 needles Rosemary there is a kick.
Who wants to have the butter around, the butter on baking paper / sandwich paper / aluminum foil and rolls them firmly. Now cool well for half an hour and you can cut nice pieces of the butter down.
