Champignons in a hamburger coat, dipped in spicy tomato sauce

This snack is quite fix, is good to prepare and tastes great.

You buy one for 4 persons:

16 medium-sized mushrooms 8 garlic cloves, halved


300 g hack, beef and pork mixed
50 g of grated bread, homemade from old bread rolls or ready-made breadcrumbs
1 egg, pepper, salt, curry

1 baking tray covered with baking paper, 16 toothpicks or metal skewers (small)

For the tomato sauce boil together in a potty:


1 can of tomato pieces
1 half teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt, pepper, 1 pinch of cinnamon

and allow to cool and fill in a small bowl

That is how it goes:


Cut off the stems of the mushrooms, keep them for a later vegetable soup. Knead the minced meat with the grated bread, egg, salt, pepper and curry.

Cut off a dumpling with a tablespoon of minced meat dough, press flat. Now place half a clove of garlic in the mushroom top, coat with minced meat.

When all the mushrooms are hidden, they come onto the baking tray and are baked brown at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Without additional fat.

Place the finished mushroom hack balls on a bowl, place the toothpicks or skewers next to it and serve with tomato dip.
