Cheese cake egg free

Ingredients:

Ground:
100g sugar
100g margarine
300g of flour
1/2 pck of baking powder
2 tablespoons yogurt

Filling:
150g margarine
200g sugar
100g cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 pck of baking powder
Juice of a lemon (who likes it very lemony, takes an untreated lemon and rubs the bowl to the juice, I'll always do it!)
1000g quark
250g of mineral water


Preparation:
Knead the ingredients for the ground into a crumbly dough and line up a springform (about 27 cm in diameter) and pull up one edge.

Stuffing: Stir the fat and the sugar until frothy, add the starch and baking powder, then add the lemon, the cottage cheese and finally the mineral water.

Fill quark mass into the springform pan, at 170 ° c hot air without preheating 70 min. bake (preheat for 60 min.), then turn off the oven and cake for another 10 min. leave in the oven.

Tastes warm super delicious and in the summer from the fridge very refreshing!
