Cherry Gingerbread Dessert

ingredients

  • 2 packets of mixed gingerbread (like those with chocolate)
  • 2 glasses of cherries
  • 250 g cream quark
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 van. Sugar
  • 1 cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder

preparation

Mince gingerbread in the food processor. Mix the juice from a glass of cherries with 1 packet of custard powder and 1 packet of vanilla sugar, then chop the cherries. Mix quark with the whipped cream.

Either in a bowl about half of the gingerbread crumbs give (you can dribble some kirsch) then cherries and cream mixture, repeat. Pull through.

Decorate with cream and chocolate sprinkles at the top or add it very well alternately in dessert bowls.

This always fits very well as a conclusion to hearty autumnal or wintry menus.
