  • 2 chicken legs
  • 2 - 3 tomatoes depending on size
  • 50 g of gratin cheese
  • 3 green and light noodle nests (tagliatelle)

For the marinade

  • 1 cup rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • Pepper pink

  1. First, I make the marinade with the spices mentioned (amounts each at will and feeling), ago. The chicken legs are brushed in with this marinade and should be pulled through the fridge overnight.

During the last 10 minutes of cooking, the skin side of the legs should point upwards. If you want, you can switch on the grill for a few minutes, so that the skin gets pretty crispy.
  3. In the meantime, the tomatoes are cut crosswise and blanched in boiling water, then quenched and peeled off the skin. Then cut the tomatoes a little deeper, sprinkle lightly with salt or herb salt and pour over the gratin cheese. Put the prepared tomatoes in a lightly buttered pan and heat over low heat until the cheese has melted.
  4. The colorful tagliatelle are boiled in salted water for 8 minutes until al dente, poured off and swirled in a little melted butter with the addition of a pinch of nutmeg.
