Coffee with cocoa and honey

Gastro-Friendly: filtered stomach-friendly coffee (decaffeinated is often decaffeinated with substances that can cause irritation later - healthier, of course!). When filtering dissolves less caffeine, but may the filter also capture aroma? (For details, no guarantee.) That's what's in my head now after Internet research the last days).

So in a nutshell: Boil coffee, then in the cup (so not in the filter!) 1 teaspoon cocoa, slightly de-oiled (the normal commercially available), with sweet honey to taste sweet, because the cocoa is so bitter. I take the Aldi-Nord Wildblütenhonig, 1.49 euros, cheap and quite aromatic.

Of course you can still add spices, cinnamon, anise, gingerbread spice, cardamom - but I think then you taste less and less the coffee. These spices are of course also directly in the cup and are not even briefly brewed with water in the filter. Since you have hardly any of the spice! Sure, the coffee is no longer liquid by the cocoa, but something creamy, must be pivoted once against cocoa, but that's all no problem.
