Creamy potatoes - delicious

Potatoes - depending on the amount of blackheads
about 4 packets / cup of cream
4-5 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices with a grater (or with the food processor).


Add the potatoes thinly to the casserole dish, salt and pepper (not too sparingly with salt and pepper), grate nutmeg over it and chopped or crushed garlic over it. Then pepper the next layer of potatoes, salt, nutmeg, garlic, etc. until the potatoes are all or the casserole dish is full. Then fill up with cream until everything is covered.

Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for approx. 2 1/2 hours at 160 degrees.

All kinds of meat, vegetables or salad are suitable for this.

Is also great, if you have guests, it is great to prepare.
