Create bear paws without wooden model
It's Christmas and baking time soon. I always do bear paws and so I do not have so much work, and no expensive wooden model must buy, I do the following:
I'll take a coffee spoon, dip it into ground hazelnuts first, so it does not stick so fast. Now I'll punch out my dough and form round balls.
The balls I put on the, with baking paper designed baking sheet and take a fork and press the tines on top of the ball, so there are 4 grooves as in the wood model and I do not have to buy.
