1. Thoroughly clean the window sash and frame.
2. Apply Frapan foil strip to the damp wing in the area of the pawl in strips without creases. Frapan self-adhesive films are self-adhesive.
3. Apply Silikom in the desired color to the frame. Frame must be dry. A "sausage" is enough. 1x around.
4. Close the window.
5. allow at least 1 day to set.
6. After opening, remove the supernatants of the silicone.
7. Remove the foil. The foils have only the task of not gluing the wing with silicone to the frame - it is intended to cause a separation.
8. Done. Silicone has only settled thicker where it was needed and fills in the cracks.
Of course, this also works with basement windows with iron frames; You can also push a fly net into it (attach the grid to the wing / hold it closed) The grid is then fixed to the frame in the silicone).
