Brittle fits a lot, no matter crushed over sundaes or as a decoration for food or long drinks.
Here I introduce you how to make my hazelnut crisp. The list of ingredients is also very manageable and the production is not difficult.

- 100 g of sugar
- Chopped 60 g of hazelnuts
preparation
- Caramelise the sugar in a correspondingly large pot, but do not stir it (only when the sugar is liquid) and the hazelnuts come to it, stir the mass until all nuts are covered with sugar.
- Immediately emptying the liquid mass on baking paper put another baking paper over it and flat-rolling the mass with the rolling pin ... and? Careful? be, with everything that is heated with sugar, that's hellish hot !!!
- Peel off the top baking paper, allow the mixture to harden slightly, then turn everything over and pull the baking paper off the ground.
- Allow the mass to cool and cut the brittle into small pieces with a knife, the blade of which is gently rubbed with neutral oil, with kitchen papercloth (which prevents the brittle from sticking to the blade).
What is not used can be stored in a jar with a lid and lasts about 3 months ... just as long as it has never stopped.
