Creme fraiche cherry cake

Ingredients:
1 glass of cherries, 1 cup of crème fraîche, 125g butter, 150g sugar, 3 eggs, a little grated lemon rind, 300g flour, 1/2 p. Baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, chocolate couverture to taste.

Preparation:
Drain the cherries in a sieve, stir the fat and sugar until fluffy, stir in the eggs one after the other, stir in the crème fraîche and lemon. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, mix well. Pour the dough into a prepared springform pan and sprinkle with drained cherries.

Bake at 175 ° C (top and bottom heat) for about 45 minutes and decorate with chocolate after cooling to taste.
