Curried Coleslaw

Very simple and delicious recipe!

You take:
1 small white cabbage
1 tin of mandarin oranges
mayonnaise
Juice of mandarin oranges
Salt, pepper, curry

Preparation:
Cut cabbage into thin slices (strips, rings, whatever you want to call it), mix with drained mandarin oranges.


For the sauce, mix the mayo with the juice (not too much, otherwise it will run away) and season with salt, pepper and neat curry (may be a little hot, pull on).

Mix everything and let it soak for a few hours in the fridge (I recommend about 3-4 hours, then the cabbage has become a little soft, overnight is also okay).

Remove from the fridge before serving, let it warm a little, taste again and .... hmmm, yummy!
