- 250-300 g of butter biscuits
- Melt 250 g of coconut oil,
- 125 g sieved powdered sugar or fine-grained sugar with
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of sifted cocoa
- 1/2 fl. Taste of rum
preparation
- Put in a mixing bowl and mix everything with 2 eggs one after the other.
- Place 250-300 g butter cookies in layers, alternately with the cocoa mass, in a box shaped parchment paper, the bottom layer must consist of cocoa mass, the top layer of biscuits.
- Cook the cake for several hours, preferably overnight. Then slice.
