Bounty cuts

Dough:
250g margarine
200g sugar
200g of flour
1/2 pck of baking powder
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa

make a dough of these ingredients and spread on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 to 25 min. Let the dough cool down.

Covering:
Boil 1 / 2l milk with 6 tbsp gries, remove from heat and add 200g margarine, 100g powdered sugar, 200g grated coconut and 1 fl. Stir in the rum flavor. Spread this topping on the dough.

Chocolate icing:
Dissolve 2 slices of milk chocolate with 1 cup of whipped cream, allow to cool and then whip over the topping.

As an ornament, I just give chocolate sprinkles over it.
