Ingredients dough:
300 g of flour
3/4 P. baking powder
150 g of sugar
150 g of butter or margarine
1 vanilla sugar
1 egg
Preparation:
Make a kneading dough from the ingredients and place on a greased baking tray.
Covering:
1 L of milk
2 p. Custard
2 TBSP. sugar
100 g coconut flakes
1/2 L sour cream
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/4 l Schmand
1 vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Make a pudding from milk, custard powder and the sugar. Then mix the coconut flakes with the 1/2 L sour cream and put it under the pudding. Put on the dough, smooth. Mix the two yolks with the vanilla sugar and the 1/4 l Schmand. Beat the two egg whites until stiff and pull them under the egg yolk mass.
