1kg minced meat (half & half)
Hackfleischwürzmischung
1 red, green and yellow pepper each
3 - 4 tomatoes
2 cups of sweet cream
1 cup of sour cream
some Milk

Prepare the minced meat mixture as usual, place in a greased baking dish and stir in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes at 220 ° C.

In the meantime, corer the peppers and dice, cut the tomatoes into slices about 1 cm thick.

Cover the cooked minced meat with the slices of tomato and sprinkle with the diced peppers. Pour over the sour cream mixture and cook again for approx. 60 minutes.
