Delicious "Italian" quesadillas from the grill

Today I have a delicious Quesadillas Grill recipe for your opened BBQ season? I call it "Italian" quesadillas, or as we call it "giant ravioli", because we do not take typical wheat tortillas, but a delicious home-made pizza dough.

For our quesadillas we need the following for 4 servings
ingredients
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 2 packs of shrimp
- about 200 g cream cheese
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1/2 bunch of plain parsley
- About 150 g of Gratin cheese or Emmentaler
You can prove the small pizza pockets to your heart's content, your imagination knows no bounds!
preparation
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them once or twice in the middle, depending on the size.
- Chop parsley.
- Wash spring onion and cut into small strips.
- Also divide avocado into small portions.
- Now divide the finished pizza dough into small portions and roll out.
- Brush one half of the dough with Philadelphia.
- Distribute vegetables and shrimp on top.
- Sprinkle cheese over it.
- Fold and press the edge with a fork.
- Now off to the grill, grill each side for about 1-2 minutes. Do not grill too hot otherwise the quesadillas will burn quickly.
